Swimming was a big part of my childhood and teenage years. As a competitive swimmer I spend several hours a week in the water. As this was not yet enough I volunteered to teach disabled children how to swim. Later on I also coached teenagers after taking a course aspirant swimming instructor and a course to become a lifeguard.
